  • Secure encrypted messaging between healthcare providers and clients
  • Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) coordination
  • Document storage and management
  • Location tracking for appointment verification

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
  • Ensuring accuracy of entered information
  • Complying with privacy and security policies
  • Reporting unauthorized access or security concerns
  • Maintaining current contact information for notifications
  • Properly managing device permissions for mobile applications

Payment Terms

Our payment terms include:

  • Monthly or annual subscription options
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • Pro-rated refunds for cancellations
  • Additional fees for custom integrations

Termination

Account termination may occur:

  • At user request with 30 days notice
  • For violation of these terms
  • For non-payment of fees
  • Due to platform discontinuation

Location Services

Our platform utilizes location services for:

Location data is collected only when necessary for service provision and with appropriate permissions. You may be required to enable location services on your device to use certain features of our platform.

Healthcare Compliance

As a platform serving healthcare providers, we maintain compliance with:

All content and functionality within empowerhub, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of empowerhub or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Users may not:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to access the source code
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Use any content for commercial purposes without our express permission

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • empowerhub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform
  • Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the platform
  • While we take measures to secure data, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet

Mobile Application Usage

When using our mobile application, you agree to:

  • Download and install updates when recommended for security and functionality
  • Grant necessary permissions for the app to function properly
  • Not attempt to bypass security features or reverse engineer the application
  • Use the app in compliance with all healthcare regulations
  • Report any issues or security concerns promptly

We strive to maintain compatibility with current mobile operating systems but cannot guarantee functionality on all devices or older operating system versions. Minimum system requirements will be provided in the app store listing.

Appointment Scheduling

Our appointment scheduling system operates under these terms:

  • Scheduled appointments are subject to availability and qualification verification
  • Users must provide accurate information when booking appointments
  • Cancellation policies may vary by organization and service type
  • Notifications will be sent for appointment confirmations, reminders, and changes
  • Calendar integration is offered for convenience but not guaranteed to sync in real-time
  • Organizations may set specific policies regarding appointment attendance and no-shows

Staff members must follow their organization's policies regarding availability, service qualifications, and appointment management.

Transportation Services

For Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services:

  • Transportation requests must be submitted with accurate pickup and dropoff information
  • Route calculations and mileage estimations are provided for planning purposes only
  • Actual transportation services are subject to availability and qualification
  • Users must follow safety guidelines during transportation
  • Service providers must maintain appropriate insurance and licensing for transportation
  • Trip verification may require location tracking during service provision

empowerhub provides coordination tools for NEMT but does not directly provide transportation services. The quality and safety of transportation is the responsibility of the service provider.

Notifications

By using our platform, you consent to receive notifications including:

  • Appointment reminders and schedule changes
  • Service delivery updates and confirmations
  • System maintenance and update announcements
  • Security alerts and account notifications
  • Chat messages and communication alerts

Notifications may be delivered via email, SMS, in-app notifications, or push notifications depending on your preferences and device settings. While you may opt out of certain non-essential notifications, critical system and security notifications cannot be disabled.

Time Tracking and Attendance

Our platform includes time tracking features that operate under these terms:

  • Staff members must accurately record their work hours using the clock-in/clock-out system
  • Location verification may be used to confirm service delivery at designated locations
  • Attempting to falsify time records is strictly prohibited
  • Organizations may set specific policies regarding attendance and time verification
  • Time logs are retained for compliance with labor regulations and service documentation

Time records may be used for payroll processing, service verification, and compliance documentation as required by applicable regulations.
